Typical Fees
Schedule Fees for our service depend on the complexity of a case and time spent with the patient. Initial appointments last up to 1 hour face-to-face with Dr. Baker. Follow-up appointments are anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes depending on the individual case and complexity. You are always welcome to schedule extra time in order to get all of your questions answered.
20% OFF Prompt Pay Discount
We offer a 20% discount to patients paying in full at the time of service. We are happy to provide an itemized receipt that patients can send to their insurance for reimbursement.
Insurance Accepted
We accept some health insurances. Dr. Baker is a preferred provider for several companies, including but not limited to Moda and Pacific Source. Please call your insurance prior to your appointment to find out your particular policy’s benefits.
